GARLIC AND CUMIN INFUSED POTATO WEDGES
A delicious and simple potato recipe that takes minutes to prepare Ingredients 10 medium sized potatoes 4 cloves of garlic 2 tsp cumin powder 2 tbs lemon juice oil for frying salt to taste Procedure 1. start by boiling the potatoes with the garlic ,you can choose to keep the skin on the potatoes. This should take around 7 minutes on medium to high heat. The potatoes should just be boiled enough for a fork to pierce them. 2. Remove the potatoes from heat and drain away the excess water. cut the potatoes into wedges then proceed to sprinkle the cumin ,salt and the lemon juice. 3. Allow this mixture to marinate for around 20 minutes for te spices to infuse into the potato wedges. 4. Add the oil to a sauce pan and let it heat up, you will know your oil is ready when you insert the back of a wooden spoon into the oil and bubbles form. Add in your potato wedges and cook for 3minutes. Drain the excess oil on a paper towel and Voila, your delicious wedges are ready to eat. You can pair th
